Are you in network with insurance?

I do not directly participate with any insurance networks. This allows for more individualized treatment free from the constraints and requirements of a third party payer.

What are your rates?

$240 - 60 Minute Initial Intake

$200 - 45 Minute Individual / Family Sessions

$230 - 60 Minute Individual / Family Sessions

There are limited number of sliding scale sessions available at lower rates. Please reach out for more information.

Can I be reimbursed for therapy by my insurance company?

Many insurance plans offer out of network benefits an I will provide you with a form you can submit for reimbursement. Prior to the first appointment, I recommend contacting your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement rates.

Where are therapy sessions held?

I offer in-person and virtual sessions. My office is located at Sheffield and Diversey Ave in the Lakeview neighborhood, blocks away from the Diversey and Wellington Brown Line stops, and Belmont Red Line stop. Virtual therapy sessions are held via a HIPAA certified online platform.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” in accordance with The No Surprises Act. Under Federal law, healthcare providers must give patients who do not have or are not using insurance for services an estimate of the cost of services.
