Hi, I’m Niki! I earned my BA in Musical Theatre from Columbia College Chicago and my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience providing evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment for youth and families in inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient settings, and outpatient group practices. I also serve as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Chicago, teaching courses in Human Behavior, Family Systems, and other therapeutic approaches.
I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. My priority is to build an authentic, supportive relationship with my clients, helping them clarify what matters most, while addressing the challenges or barriers that get in the way. I use my background in improvisational theater to supplement the therapeutic modalities I specialize in.
I work with couples, individuals, and families facing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety (social, separation, and generalized), ADHD, family conflict, school refusal, couples and relationship challenges, and child-parent relationship dynamics.
When I’m not in session, you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with new bakes, rewatching my favorite Marvel movies, or planning my next trip that will involve way too much hiking.
For Providers and Group Practices
If you’re a pre-licensed social worker, I also offer LCSW supervision, providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement as you work toward licensure. I also enjoy giving presentations and trainings about SPACE, PCIT, utilizing comedic improv to combat clinician burnout, and more. Let’s connect!

Individual Therapy
Therapy is a personal journey, unique to each individual. Our work together may focus on a specific challenge you’re facing right now or on creating an overall shift in how you navigate the world.
Parent Coaching
I work with parents and caregivers who are seeking tools to better support their children’s emotional well-being. Using evidence-based therapies, I guide parents and caregivers through skills and strategies to increase cooperation while maintaining a compassionate relationship.
